Abstract :
In this paper, the Ministry of Commerce, State Information Center, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, a Beijing court and other relevant government departments, case analysis shows that outsourcing mode selection, and the three common outsourcing models were compared for the future management of government departments to adjust their own Mode reference.
