Abstract
A lot of domestic and international practice shows that science and technology enterprises are increasingly becoming important body of developing high-tech industries and establishing national innovation system. What´s more, science and technology enterprises are fundamental strength to promote industrial upgrading and improve comprehensive competitiveness. The most important driving force of companies is human resources. Talent evaluation is very important and fundamental during human resource development and management and it has inestimable significance for science and technology companies to train and use talents. A reasonable system of talent assessment can create a new environment that motivates people to do original research and stimulates their enthusiasm to work. On the basis of defining relevant concept, this article points out some current problems during talent assessment and puts forward some appropriate countermeasure for science and technology companies in order to establish scientific talent evaluation mechanism.
