Abstract
Output voltage control of boost and buck-boost converters must be performed indirectly, through the input current, due to the nonminimum phase character of these systems. The devices have sensitivity to load perturbations, which can be removed with the introduction of an observer that identifies the disturbed parameter and allows the tracking of periodic signals at the load resistance.
