Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Based on the consideration of related literature and China´s reality, this paper combed the domestic and international research on the economic behavior of peasant households and analyzed special economic behavior of peasant households in China, then analyzed the causes, effects, impact factors, countermeasures of China´s from a macro perspective. In the end, from the perspective of peasant households it found that the behavior of farmland transfer was not a purely economic behavior and it was closely related for social factors, cultural factors, institutional factors, location factors and farmers themselves.
