Abstract :
In this paper, we present the results of the laser heating minipedestal crystal growth (LPHG) in oxidizing atmosphere for Nd3+-and Er3+-doped monocrystal fibers based on the YAG, Y2O3 and ZrO2-Y2O3 (fianit) hosts. The experiments, for the determination of optical properties and laser characteristics in the crystal fibers, were carried out.
