Abstract :
In this paper, we consider a production scheduling problem with multi-time interval. Because of the differences of processing order and the processing time, the conflict among different jobs using the same machine and the restriction on the start time of every job, this job shop has become a very complicated problem. In order to solve this problem, a mixed integer programming scheduling model for makespan minimization is developed in the environment of multi-functional machine tools. This model can be solved by good-size optimization software ILOG Scheduler and ILOG Solver. Finally a satisfactory result is obtained.
