Under the inferences of the economic globalization and market globalization, some industries in China such as automobile manufacturing is faced with severe competition and experiences profound changes. It becomes the most pressing needs for them to change the management ideas, establish modern management ideas, introduce modern management decision-making mechanism and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises. From the management mode of discrete manufacturing industry in the developed country. JIT (Just In Time) is suitable for the manufacturing enterprise development needs in the current market conditions. JIT (just in time) production is the process that the products and components with the required level of quality are produced at the given time and place in order to eliminate unprofitable labor and inventory waste, and achieve maximum output with minimum input. Advanced production mode can promote the development of productivity, which is outstanding in today´s competitive market. The authors designed and implemented operation management systems based on JIT by using existing information technology and JIT model. Which can facilitate business process reengineering and enterprises informationization innovation of the current discrete manufacturing industry in China.
