Abstract
This narration begins when the school ESLAI, whose purpose was to improve the development of Informatics in Argentina and its surrounding countries, had ceased to operate. Right at that time, under singular circumstances worthy of Sherlock Holmes, a bond was created between the author and a Department at the National University of Río Cuarto (Province of Córdoba, Argentina), which took the author to lead the start up of Informatics curricula in the mentioned Department. Two years after these curricula were initiated, and with the aim of broadening the perspectives of their students, a summer school on Informatics, with a national extent, was created, reiteration that motivates the title of this work. This new school continues its activities to the present, and it constitutes a pillar of local development besides being a significant national event with regional relevance, thus obtaining the Sadosky Prize to the Argentinean Intelligence, in Educational Quality.
