Abstract :
To evaluate the effectiveness of smart grid, a new interval number fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making model based on TOPSIS and interval fuzzy theory is presented, which adapts the fuzzy AHP and interval number theory to characterize the advantages and weaknesses in the construction of smart grid, and by applying the Hausdorff distance, the relative closeness of each alternative to ideal solution are measured. Last, the validity and application in smart grid evaluation are illustrated with an example.
