Abstract :
This paper analyzes 8 major financial indicators of Yue Dianli in 2000 to 2009 by using the SPSS13.0 software based on factor analysis, to evaluating the company´s consolidated results. The results showed that, in addition to the year of M&A, the performance showed a steady decreasing trend. The study results can facilitate the company to thinking the path of enhancing value.
