Abstract
A CGE model is built for the economic system constructed by two factors, three departments and four categories of residents and the impact effect of Effective distribution coefficient Change on this economie system is simulated by virtue of computer simulation. The fixed points of the economic system and the impact on distortion of general equilibrium of the economic system are computed by dint of MATLAB software and self-made program (genetic algorithm is adopted). Results: a Effective distribution coefficient Change may change the equilibrium price system (fixed points) of the economic system, the transaction costs of the economic system (in particular costs of property rights), residents´ maximum utility and the department´s equilibrium quantity through influence on employment resource quantity, demand structure, production structure, residents´ real income and so on of the economic system. Conclusion: By the Effective distribution coefficient Change (Table 2), the total social utility increases, the Production of the three departments and the Effective distribution coefficient are positively correlated.
