Based on data process and analysis of NC machine tool´s MTTF, probability density function is presented and the obedient distributing type is analyzed. On the base of it, parameter estimation and fit check is done by lognormal distribution, weibull distribution and rayleigh distribution respectively based on maximum likelihood method. Finally, probability density function, distribution function and MTTF´s point estimating value of different distribution model are compared. The simulation results shows that rayleigh distribution model can describe data´s distribution more accurately than weibull distribution model.
