Abstract :
This article, closely concentrating on the establishment of financial processes, deploys the discussion in connection with business activities practice. First, this article analyzes the defects of traditional financial processes. Then, it puts forward some basic principles to establish Financial Process Reengineering. Finally, this article tries to find the way of Financial Process Reengineering.
