Study on the adjustment and upgrade of the industrial structure in the global value chain

The adjustment and upgrade of the industrial structure is a key issue of a country or a city on its way to the new-typed industrialized road and also worthy to be deeply studied. So, the paper takes the Wuhan industry as a case, analyzes its current position in the global value chain, and then dissects its main existent problems in the adjusting and upgrading. Finally, the paper puts forward the correspondent countermeasures to solve these problems and draws conclusions that these countermeasures play a conjoint and linkage role in developing the industry. The relative parties should lay an emphasis on their synergy.
