Abstract
This work depicts a digital rights management (DRM) system that implements the equal payload length encryption (EPLE) mechanism for network streaming and distribution of personal digital audiovisual content. Its main functionality consists of content encryption, license distribution, license authentication, client authorization, content key transfer, content distribution, content decryption and playback.
