Abstract :
This paper investigates the uplink throughput performance while taking into account transmission power control (TPC), adaptive modulation and channel coding (AMC), and allocation bandwidth using an Evolved UTRA (E-UTRA) laboratory experimental system. Based on the experimental results, the E-UTRA improves the peak rate of a single user equipment (UE) by allocating a wider bandwidth to that UE and improves the system capacity by controlling the allocated bandwidth between multiple UEs.
