Abstract :
Geological relic is a kind of natural heritages which formed in the long geological history of the earth´s evolution under inner and outer geological dynamics, this paper established the comprehensive assessment index system of geological relics by using Delphi and AHP methods, weight of factors revealed that the natural property dominant the value of geological relics, and other factors are indispensable. Through the empirical study, the Dinosaur Fossil Sites is a third-class scenic spot, the Shuidonggou Ancient Cultural Sites is a fourth-class scenic spot and the Long-running Water Ecology Area is a second-class scenic spot, all which are consistent with the realities, so the comprehensive assessment index system of geological relics that we established is credible and effective. Lingwu City is located in arid areas and economically underdeveloped, the planning of Lingwu Dinosaur Fossil sites plays an important role in the protection of dinosaur fossil, rural employment and local economic growth, the author made a preliminary planning of the dinosaur fossil sites which includes designing and exhibition of geological museum, the theme monument and deputy monument, the general functional zoning, which as we hope, may promote the development of local economy.
