Abstract :
With the continuous development of the water conservancy and hydropower projects, the quantity measurement and valuation are more important. Traditional method with the continuous development of market cannot be fulfilled, so the BQ valuation model comes. Based on the model of valuation, it puts forward the connection between quantity measurement and valuation and the meaning of existence.
