Through the investigation on women´s living and working conditions in Beijing, the thesis found that migrant women have outstanding problems in labor right protection, health protection as well as the children health care and education. For the above problems, the thesis proposed the relevant countermeasures like establishing equality concept; strengthening government action for migrant women´s rights protection and increasing the financial investment; strengthening the management and service for migrant women´s health care and establishing migrant women´s social protection mechanism; adjusting the existing compulsory education pattern and perfecting faire education policies etc. to further improve and optimize migrant women´s living and development environment.
