After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Hotels in china have made great progress in thirty years as the earliest open up windows to the outside world. The survival of ageing and monomer star-rated hotels in China made people worry about uder the market conversion and fierce competition. Some problems Seriously restricted survival and development in ageing and Monomer star-rated hotels, such as serious aging facilities, deficient human resource, weakening ability in risks and shrinking profit space. So the ageing and monomer Star-rated hotels in business progress should effort in three aspects: fist of all, improving the Popularity and reputation under the customer perception, secondly activating effective financing channels and promping hardware levels, lastly strengthening human resource development and training excellent staff.
