Customers´ behavior in socialized service of Stadiums and Gymnasiums of Colleges and Universities (SGCU) is studied by questionnaires and on-the-spot investigation, and interviewing students, campus residents, community residents, making an analysis of the behavioral characteristics of their physical activities, and further researches the characteristics of the consumers´ behavior in the of SGCU in socialized service practice on this basis. It mainly analyzes the age, class composition, consumption habits and consumer characteristics of the consumers of SGCU services. From the understanding of the consumers´ behavior, we can more effectively promote the socialization of SGCU, enhance efficiency of the sports stadiums and serve in a broader market.
