Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Nowadays multimedia teaching devices and facilities are being widely used in the new round of English teaching reform. Under this circumstance, English teachers must learn more about the new teaching context, change their teaching mode, make full use of multimedia textbooks, and try to improve students´ overall English abilities. Based on learning theories this article discusses how to integrate Multimedia network and English Teaching, hoping to better the teaching effect and promote English teaching reform.
