Abstract :
The uplink power control is essentially important to the link performance and the system stability. By analyzing the SC-FDMA system´s interference character, we view the SC-FDMA system as a modified OFDMA system with multichannel model, and accordingly propose a power control scheme composed of intra-cell and inter-cell power control based on the multi-channel model. Especially the Inter-cell power control based on the interference overload with the form of frequency dependent and event triggered, along with the intra-cell power control, can achieve the target IoT in NodeBs and ensure its stability. This conclusion is achieved by our multi-cell simulation implemented with this power control scheme.
