Abstract :
Small-medium enterprises take an important ecological security role to economic and social development. There are fundamental differences between small-medium enterprises with big enterprises in the capital structure, financing needs, etc. This paper takes Ningbo as an example, analyzed the causes of “financing difficulty” problems existed in small-medium enterprises. Then combined with experiences of Ningbo, the article raises some suggestions on how to solve these problems and how to optimize financial environment by building ecological microeconomic foundation.
