Abstract :
This work presents an all-digital multi-standard video decoder using a single crystal oscillator of fixed frequency. Digital phase-locked loops (PLL) and fractional delay filters implement resampling of video data, which eliminates the need for analog PLL that generate clocks locked to input video.
