Notice of Retraction

In the article, the mode of controlling and pre-warning risks in safety conditions of coal mine productions and the corresponding MIS are designed according to the safety practice of coal mines productions and the actual state of domestic and abroad researches and by use of modern safety management theories and methods and coal mine essential safety management system. Then the effects of applying the mode and the MIS are introduced. Finally, the conditions of popularizing them, some circumstances emphasized in popularizing them and some conclusions are pointed out.
