Abstract :
So many problems all need realize food logistics´ traceability of change, such as the effective improvement of food quality, the effective supervision of food corporations, the effective increase in consumers´ purchase confidence. This paper presents and analyses the food-cold chain logistics´ traceability technology, constitutes food-cold chain logistics´ tracing system model, proceeds to the function and process design on the basis of domestic and international logistics tracing status and gives the suggestion of the development system finally.
