Abstract :
According to the Optimization Design of a single-precision-floating divider based on SRT, Using VHDL on a FPGA Chip and linking the Flying Transition, the author improved the length of time-lag of the key component on the divider so that the divider is suitable for the demands of adaptive speech coding for its higher precision and wider operating range. In the article, the pre-sim and the post-sim based on EPF10K40RC208-3 is conducted by using two simulation softwares-NC-sim and Maxplus2, and the logic synthesis is conducted by using Symplify software.
