Abstract
After researches demonstrate with case studies and lead to the conclusion that multimedia learning is important in Knowledge Age, many international specifications are proposed to meet issues of interoperability and reusability. As many documents now publish in Internet and new trends of information sharing and collaborative development under the current crop of Web 2.0 applications, the logistic of multimedia learning must rethink in global view and take WWW as a single platform to integrate heterogeneous information. With the use of Web Service and Folksonomy, we propose a multimedia curriculum production model based on the rapid ADDIE model to improve instructions development. The research takes full-text databases for Chinese ancient documents in Academia Sinica and Flickr as research objects to build SCORM conformant curriculums and discusses derivations of technical issues.
