Abstract :
This article discusses the human resource status quo of large aircraft project designer and advantages of competency model, aiming at introducing competency model to the aircraft designer of human resource management, and riching human resource of the aircraft designer´s ideas and methods of system construction, to promote the further development of human resource management.
