Abstract :
The detection algorithms depend on the network topology, the neutral grounding of the secondary winding in HV/MV transformers being one of the main factors to consider. In compensated distribution systems, we need complex detection algorithms based on network parameters estimation. In this paper we present fuzzy decision making techniques as an option to improve the new DSTRP high impedance fault detection algorithm behaviour
