With the social progress and the development of technology, the theory of complex adaptive system (CAS) has become a new field to be discussed, which has scientific significance. The organizational system is a CAS and it will be analyzed in the view of complex system in this paper. The function of CAS in the study of the organization management systems will be discussed here with the example of supply chain management.
