After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The entrepreneurial talent, development strategy, product and technology development, marketing ability are four important factors especially for the firm growth. Research the growth theory of firm deeply and solve firm growth and management innovation should develop from the above four dimensions. From the glory and decline of Henan Ancai Group, the influence of the four elements can be seen clearly.
