Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

At present “information island” is the common problems in colleges and universities. The problems such as no data sharing, business independent, no uniform data, become the main problems on school management. The student´s information services platform of University took the students as the theme object, sorted out our student´s overall data plan, established the unified data standards of our university, through the design and analysis on the student´s integrated services in the school. And it discussed the technical architecture based on SOA and Web Services, it finally realized our service platform providing information sharing, business interaction, flexibly meeting different user´s needs, by technologies such as unified data center, data exchanging and business integration.
