Abstract :
This study determines analytical solution of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) with a depleted spatial Gaussian pump beam, in steady state, which lead to high reflectivity and fidelity. These analytical results fit well the experimental and numerical ones. Furthermore, this work presents analytical solutions of the SBS three-dimensional model in the case of pump beam shapes as higher laser modes, which are in agreement with 3D numerical and experimental results.
