Abstract :
The problem of incoherent radar target recognition is discussed. A feature extraction algorithm is presented based on an AR model and optimal discriminant subspace, and a classification algorithm for the extracted features is proposed using semi-fuzzy clustering. An experimental automatic incoherent radar ship target recognition system is implemented with the proposed algorithms, and results are illustrated
