Salary management is central content of human resources management and it is also an important means of motivating the employees. In the knowledge economy age and the state´s macroeconomic control, salary management in the real estate development enterprises are faced with new challenges. This article studied salary management innovation in real estate development enterprises, proceeding from reality and integrating theory with practice, analyzed current situations, characteristics and existing problems in salary management and offered the ways of salary management innovation in real estate development enterprises from salary level, salary system, salary welfare as well as salary management technology so as to realize excitation effect of salary management in real estate development enterprises and adapt knowledge economy development to win competitive advantage in the market.
