Usage of the S-type equivalences in medical data classification

In this article, properties and usability of equivalence operator is studied in medical data classification. It is shown how this operator can be weighted with differential evolution and aggregated with a generalized mean, and what kinds of measures for comparison can be achieved from this procedure. General definition for the comparison measure based on t-norm, t-conorm, negation and generalized mean is presented. Results achieved using procedure presented in this article seem to be very good with respect to the results achieved with the same medical data sets before.
