Abstract

By theoretical analysis, we constructed the mathematic model of measuring economic evaluation based panel data, and chosen 22 textile companies belonged to stock markets of Shanghai and Shenzhen to analyze. The results showed that their financial performances influence the status of free cash flows their held by individual characteristics. Moreover, we analyzed the reasons of forming these characteristics, and provided the way of using the characteristic to increase free cash flow for improving the enterprise value.
