Abstract :
An ultrahigh-speed large capacity radar data acquisition system has been developed. This system achieves 150 MSPS (mega samples per second). The acquisition system also includes a high-speed 512 k×8 bit data buffer memory which is useful in longtime data acquisition applications such as radar signal acquisition and wideband noise analysis. The data can be transferred to the computer through the computer interface circuit. By using the direct memory access (DMA) method, the data transfer rate is 5 Mb/s. The acquisition system is controlled by the computer and the acquisition software. Data can be saved or displayed on the screen
