Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to present a new design for resources allocation in discrete simulation. This design uses the eco-problem-solving and object oriented paradigms which permit the representation of the entities and the resources. The intent is to obtain an available model that offers the user the ability to define the resource allocation policies. To make the work organization precise, the authors describe various agents according to levels for the management of different kinds of resources. The authors use this model in the discrete simulation context of a container-terminal port management
