Abstract :
In this paper, a macromodel for a BiCMOS CCII is introduced. The macromodel can be used in the simulation of circuits employing a large number of BiCMOS CCIIs in order to avoid any convergence problems and to speed up the simulation time as well. The simulation results show a good agreement between the proposed macromodel and the actual CCII circuits
