            Abstract :
On the improvement of the information technologies, the security systems are improving more and more as well, the extent of their integration is increasing too. The efficiency of the integrated security system is subject to the detection time, reaction time, and the time of determination of the location of breach. The reaction time consists of the two components: information transmission time and the time of arrival of the mobile patrol crew. The signal transmission time may be optimized by alternating the signal transmission channel type or the number. The goal of this paper is to study the possibility of feasible application of second generation (2 G) and the third generation (3 G) mobile network technologies in the electronic security systems.
