Abstract
The service discovery protocol (SDP) in Bluetooth specification provides a means for applications to discover the services that are available and to determine the characteristics of those available services. We develop an approach in the validation and implementation of this protocol in order to make the test software stable, easy to port into embedded system and well interoperable. Since SDP conformance testing is incomplete, which may lead to the incompleteness of testing, we have designed a set of new test cases for the improvement of the testing.
