Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the development and factors impeding the effect of cross-strait ICT industrial collaboration, this paper systematically comparatively discusses the development in ICT industries collaboration between Mainland China and Taiwan. Then the paper utilizes an array of time series methods to establish the relations between ICT industries collaboration for both sides. The findings suggest that cross-strait industrial collaboration should be concentrated on these high-tech industries such as ICT based on a favorite environment for investment.
