Abstract :
Using a recent theory of the ultrafast, nonlinear optical response of strongly correlated systems, I will show that correlations governed by the dynamics of the magnetoplasmon (MP) excitations dominate the four-wave-mixing (FWM) spectrum of the two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) in the quantum Hall effect (QHE) regime.
