Abstract :
This article constructed a automatic control system for water supply controled by PLC S7-200. The system can automaticlly monitor the water quality, the water flow rate, the PH value, the pipe network pressure, the factory security, and automaticlly control chlorine and alum dosing etc. Water quality satisfies the requirements of national potable water standard. The system uses computer structure from top to bottom. Host PC system attains monitoring and data real-time statistics as well as automatic storageing historical data, reaches to “site unattended, control center less people on duty”.
