Abstract :
This paper discusses the working principle of bipolar transistor avalanche, and analyzes the circuit of ultra-wideband very narrow pulse generator adopting cascade bipolar transistor structure. The output pulse width obtained by experiment is very narrow pulse of picoseconds level, extremely narrow pulses, its width, rise time and amplitude can all better meet the requirement of very narrow pulse.
