Abstract :
Firstly, the paper analyzes E Supply Chain and NN(neural network) SOFM, then the paper discusses the structure and function, verifies the improved SOFM model in practical instance. Finally, according to the results of clustering analysis, characteristics of customer group and importance of customers, the paper put forward the corresponding business strategy.
