Abstract
A description is presented of dielectric split-ring resonators (DSRs) using low-loss, high-dielectric-constant ceramics and their application to bandpass filters and fixed-frequency oscillators with good temperature stability. An experimental bandpass filter and an oscillator were designed. Both devices showed excellent performances, as expected. The authors present results from the experimental studies carried out to obtain design charts for the trial filters and oscillators.<>
